Product Lookup 向 AI 购物引擎询问你的商品和竞品，逐个引擎返回回答展示的商家、价格和评论。

获得的结果

  • engines[]：每个引擎的回答是否展示了你的商品（found），以及展示的每条商家记录，附价格、库存、评分、评论数和来源目录。
  • modelSees：ChatGPT 回答模型从商家记录中收到的商品名、描述、评分和评论数，让你看到模型读取你的商品时所用的信息。
  • comparison[]：在每个引擎上并排列出你的商品和最多 5 个竞品，对比记录数、商家数、评论最多的记录和价格区间。
  • prompts[]：最多 3 个购物提示词的每个回答中，展示并提到了哪些查询商品。
  • citedPages 和 summary.citedDomains：回答引用的页面，以及按网站汇总的各引擎引用。

工作原理

发送商品名称和市场。在 US，Product Lookup 向 ChatGPT 提问“Buy …”和“Find the best price for …”，并向 Google AI Overview、Google AI Mode 和 Bing Copilot 询问商品名称。在 KR，它向 Naver AI Tab 和 Google AI Mode 询问商品名称，向 ChatGPT 提问“… 구매”和“… 최저가”。竞品得到同样的提问，购物提示词按原文向每个引擎各问一次。下面的示例包含 3 个商品和 2 个提示词，约 2 分钟完成。

它读取回答中的商品记录，以及 ChatGPT 在购物卡片中写出的商家和价格，保留标题含有商品名称的条目。match.score 表示记录包含了多少商品名称，套装、迷你装和替换装会标记为 variant。每次查询都读取实时回答：同一条记录的价格、评分和评论数在多次运行间保持一致，而引擎展示的商家组合会随回答变化，因此请通过重复查询观察趋势。

应用场景

  • 确认哪些引擎展示你的商品，以及通过哪些商家和价格展示。
  • 在每个引擎上把你的评论数和价格与竞品并排比较。在下面的查询中，Bing Copilot 展示了 belif 的 2,942 条评论，Clinique 为 85,773 条，CeraVe 为 117,193 条。
  • 用购物者常问的品类问题，看回答把哪些商品放在前面。在下面的查询中，CeraVe 出现在 8 个回答中的 5 个，belif 出现在 2 个。
  • 在更新商品数据源或商家记录前后各查询一次，对比每个引擎展示的内容。

购物者搜索时使用的商品名称，1 到 200 个字符。商品页面 URL 或条形码会返回 VALIDATION_ERROR。
countrystring必填
US 或 KR。市场决定要询问的引擎和提问措辞。
competitorsarray
最多 5 个竞品名称。每个竞品都会收到与你的商品相同的提问。
promptsarray
最多 3 个购物提示词，例如 best eye cream for puffiness，按原文向每个引擎提问。
enginesarray
要询问的引擎。US 默认 CHATGPT、GOOGLE、AIMODE 和 BING_COPILOT，KR 默认 NAVER_AI_TAB、CHATGPT 和 AIMODE。加入 GEMINI 即可同时询问 Gemini。
idempotencyKeystring
作为查询的 ID。用同一个值再次发送会返回同一次查询，只补上缺少的提问。
webhook.urlstring
你服务器上的 HTTPS 地址。每次提问的任务完成后立即把结果推送到这里。

credits.creditsToChargenumber
所有提问都得到回答时扣除的积分：每个商品 10 积分，每个购物提示词 5 积分。
asksarray
每次提问一条：引擎、提问文本和 task；被拒绝的提问带有含代码的 error。

获取结果

每次提问作为独立任务运行，回答到达后查询会逐步填满。用 GET /v1/product-lookup/{id} 读取，直到 lookup.status 变为 COMPLETED；或加上 webhook.url，逐个接收完成的提问任务。提问结束后 24 小时内都可以读取查询。

VALIDATION_ERRORHTTP 400
缺少字段或取值超出范围。details 会指明该字段。

country 是 US 和 KR 以外的市场。
RESOURCE_ALREADY_EXISTSHTTP 409
该 idempotencyKey 已用于另一个商品、竞品、购物提示词或国家的查询。请换一个新键发送。
INSUFFICIENT_CREDITSHTTP 402
余额低于任务价格。充值积分或升级套餐后再发送。
PLAN_CONCURRENCY_LIMITHTTP 429
套餐的并发任务已满。能放进的提问先进入，其余提问带着此代码出现在 asks[] 中，在 Retry-After 秒后重新发送同一请求即可补上。一个都放不进时，整个请求返回 429。

价格

每个商品（你的商品和每个竞品）10 积分，每个购物提示词 5 积分，无论询问哪些引擎都一样。价格分摊到该商品的各次提问上，只对得到回答的提问扣费。上面的查询包含 3 个商品和 2 个提示词，共 40 积分。
